Chicken Marsala
Chicken breast, red onions, mushrooms and Marsala.

Penne Gallioto (vegetarian)
Red onions, roasted tomatoes, roasted garlic, capers, fresh basil and parsley.

Eggplant Parmesan (vegetarian)
Breaded eggplant baked with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese served over spaghetti pasta.

Sausage Bolognese                                                                                                                         Spicy Italian sausage baked with onions, mushrooms and provolone cheese in a creamy garlic Marinara sauce.

Roma Shrimp 
Shrimp, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, onions, sauteed in a creamy spicy Roma sauce over linguini pasta.

Seafood Lasagna
Pasta layered with halibut, scallops, real crab, shrimp and imported cheese baked in a creamy sauce.

Chicken Florentine                                                                                                                      Whole chicken breast stuffed and baked with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, onions, pine nuts and imported cheese.

Chicken Pesto Pasta
Grilled chicken strips, garlic, onions, raisins, sun dried tomatoes, pin nuts and pesto mixed with linguini pasta.

Chicken Fettuccini
Garlic, onions and creamy white sauce over Fettuccini pasta.
